§ 1 DEFINITIONS

Regulations - these regulations.
Working days - days from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
Account - regulated repair of the Store's quality and function management (the service provided by the reader may set up an individual Account in the Store.
Consumer - client client 22 sec. 1 of the Civil Code of Labor Law with a legal entity that is not directly related to its business or legal activity;
Customer - an adult natural person has legal capacity, legal or legal entity, legal legal organization, including a legal entity, a legal entity purchasing Products;
Buyer - any entity that buys in the Store.
Store - the PureMED online store run by the Seller at https://puremed.com.pl.

GDPR - Regulation of the Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data and data protection 95/46 / EC;
Regulations - these regulations of the terms and conditions of using the puremed.com.pl store by customers, including the sale of Products via puremed.com.pl, services provided by the seller through the services provided by puremed.com.pl, i.e. Customer Accounts (if used), or the Newsletter will be used; these regulations, the regulations referred to in art. 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of educational services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 128);
Agreement - a sales contract concluded between the Customers of the Seller on the terms specified in the Regulations as soon as the order generated by the Seller's system is generated. Applicant to Consumer Customers The contract is a composition agreement of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 134, as amended);

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

For the Store's assistance measures, it is:
a device with Internet access
a website that supports JavaScript and cookie files.
For an order in the Store, in addition to the order in paragraph 1, an active e-mail account is required.
§ 4 SHOPPING IN THE STORE

The prices of goods visible in the Store are Chinese prices for goods, including VAT.
A seller pointing out that a good for a purchase: in-store add-ons and, if applicable, purchase costs.
The one selected for purchase should be added to the basket in the Store.
The buyer bought with the buyer in the Store: the method of delivery and purchase of goods for the order, as well as ordering the order to complete the order.
Order of replacement in technical condition, its content and acceptance of the Regulations by the Buyer.
The same submission to the order is the disconnection of the sales contract between the purchase and the Seller.
The seller will provide information about the goods.
In order to make purchases in the Store, you must register in the Store, i.e. create an Account in it.
§ 5 PAYMENTS

For the accompaniment, the order may have the following from the Buyer:

Purchase of payment in advance, ordering an order within 2 days of purchase from the order.
Trade in purchases in the Store accepts the electronic invoice by the Seller. The buyer has the right to withdraw his cooperation.

to the bank account assigned to the Ordering Party's payment card.

b. In the case of card payments, the delivery date is counted from the moment of positive authorization of the transaction.

§ 6 ORDER COMPLETION

The seller is obliged to deliver the goods without defects.
The order fulfillment date is indicated in the Store.
If the Customer chooses the method of payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or credit card - from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account.
In a situation where, under one order, the Buyer has purchased goods with a different delivery date, the order will be processed within the time limit applicable to the goods with the longest delivery date.
The goods are delivered only on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
Goods purchased in the Store are delivered depending on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer:
Via a courier company
The buyer may collect the goods in person at the company's premises during its opening hours.
If the Buyer selects a personal pickup, the goods will be ready for pickup at the indicated date of order fulfillment, and if the Seller has indicated the date of shipment of the goods - on this date.
Orders within 30 kilometers from the company's seat will be processed after the Store has contacted the Buyer by phone.
§ 7 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

The consumer and the Seller have the right to withdraw from the concluded contract via the Store, subject to § 8 of the Regulations, within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline to withdraw from the contract will expire after 14 days from the day:
on which the Consumer acquired the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer came into possession of the goods.
on which the Consumer acquires, or in which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer, acquires the possession of the last of the goods in the case of a contract obliging to transfer the ownership of many things that are delivered separately.
In order for the Consumer to be able to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, he must inform the Seller, using the data provided in § 2 of the Regulations, about his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (sent by e-mail to biuro@puremed.com.pl).
The condition for accepting the return is sending the product to the company's seat at the address: ul. Berylowa 3/43, 62-500 Konin with a paper return form.
To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send information regarding the exercise of his right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.
The seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him.
The provisions of this section 7 apply only to Customers who are Consumers.


EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWING FROM THE CONTRACT
In the event of withdrawal from the concluded contract, the Seller returns to the Consumer all payments received from him, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller), immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller informed or was informed about the Consumer's decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.
The reimbursement will be made by the Seller using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer agrees to a different solution, in each case the Consumer will not incur any fees in connection with this return.
The seller may withhold the reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until proof of its return is provided to him, whichever occurs first.
The seller asks you to return the goods to the following address: ul. Berylowa 3/43, 62-500 Konin immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which the Consumer informed the Seller about the withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the Consumer sends back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
The consumer is only responsible for a decrease in the value of the goods resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If the goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned by regular mail, the Consumer will also have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The Consumer will be informed about the estimated amount of these costs by the Seller in the description of the goods in the Store or
