Arkana Micellar Makeup Remover 200ml - a facial and eye makeup remover with a biocompatible formula suitable for all skin types. It regulates the NMF level and restores the skin's pH balance. Effectively cleanses, enhancing the absorption of active ingredients from skincare products. It has a hypoallergenic formula.
