Mesoestetic Dermamelan – Depigmentation Cream Designed for use after the Dermamelan treatment, as well as for independent use as a brightening treatment for hyperpigmentation. Its main function is to reduce and control melanic hyperpigmentation located on the face. The use of this cream is recommended to complement the depigmenting effects of the Dermamelan method. Continuous application reduces dark spots, preventing their recurrence.

It is one of the most intensive depigmentation products for the face and other areas of the body, evening out skin tone thanks to carefully selected active ingredients such as kojic acid, azelaic acid, and arbutin. An additional advantage of the product is its anti-aging, anti-acne, and pore-tightening properties. The addition of vitamins A, C, and E revitalizes the skin and prevents premature aging. The cream can be used all year round in combination with sunscreen.

How to use: The Dermamelan method consists of three essential stages to achieve the desired results:

Stage 1: Intensive Professional Depigmentation This stage is performed in a cosmetic clinic. A specialized Dermamelan mask is applied to the skin, initiating the intensive depigmentation process. After 4 hours, the Dermamelan Ion Mask should be removed by gently lifting it from the top edge until completely separated from the face. Then, the Dermamelan Mask should be removed by rinsing the product thoroughly with warm water, avoiding contact with the eyes and mucous membranes (nose and mouth).

Stage 2: Continuous Home Depigmentation (2 months) 48-72 hours after removing the masks, the home treatment should begin as per specialist recommendations. Apply one dose of Dermamelan Treatment to clean, dry skin in the morning and evening, gently massaging it in until fully absorbed. Follow with Melan Recovery, which should be applied three times a day (morning, midday, and evening) to soothe and support skin regeneration. During the day, apply Mesoprotech Melan 130 Pigment Control in the morning and at midday to protect the skin from UV exposure and prevent new pigmentation from forming.

Stage 3: Regulation and Control of Hyperpigmentation (2 months) After completing the intensive depigmentation phase, continue applying Dermamelan Treatment twice daily – morning and evening. Additionally, apply Melan Recovery to soothe and support skin regeneration. Use Mesoprotech Melan 130 Pigment Control in the morning, midday, and evening, and reapply if exposed to direct sunlight. Consistent sun protection is crucial, as inadequate UV protection can weaken or completely negate the treatment's effectiveness.

Usage: Apply for one month after the procedure, 3-7 times a week. Recommended application is 1-3 times daily on cleansed skin. If discomfort occurs, reduce the amount and frequency of application.

Caution! In the initial phase of use, irritation, redness, or even swelling may occur. These are natural reactions and should not lead to discontinuation of the product. In such cases, reduce the amount and apply the cream only in the evening skincare routine.

Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, while taking vitamin A medications, in cases of herpes, active skin conditions, autoimmune diseases, or known allergies to any ingredient.
