DIVES MED - DEHYAL+ hyaluronidase

DIVES MED DEHYAL+, i.e. lyophilized hyaluronidase powder, is a product to eliminate undesirable effects and complications resulting from the implantation of hyaluronic acid. It is an effective solution for depolymerization and hydrolysis of chemical bonds in cross-linked hyaluronic acids. The breakdown of the cross-linking agent causes immediate degradation of the acid and minimizes the negative consequences and complications resulting from its administration.

TREATMENT INDICATIONS

• removal of the excessive amount of hyaluronic acid administered (overcorrection)

• long-term lumps or bumps where the acid was implanted

• foreign-type granulomas

• undesirable displacement of the filler

• accidental administration of cross-linked acid into an artery or vein, which may result in embolism and necrosis

• undesirable translucency of the filler due to too shallow deposition of hyaluronic acid

• chronic edema due to vascular compression or water retention at the filler injection site

• intolerance to hyaluronic acid or a cross-linking agent

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• pregnancy and lactation

• tumor

• unstable diabetes

• epilepsy

• diseases of the immune system

• blood diseases associated with excessive bleeding

• hypersensitivity or allergy to any ingredient of the preparation, in particular to the venom of hymenoptera insects and bovine and sheep protein

ACTIVE INGREDIENT

• Hyaluronidase - 1500 I.U

HOW TO USE

Activate the product by adding 10ml of saline. Before use, perform an allergy test on the inside of the forearm. Wait 5 minutes and make sure that there is no positive reaction at the application site in the form of an urticarial wheal with accompanying erythema. The presence of an unintensified erythema or a vascular macula alone should be treated as a negative reaction. Apply the product to cleansed skin until the desired effect is obtained. Do not exceed 150 I.U/ml of hyaluronic acid. The effects of applying the product are immediate, and the activation time in the skin is 24-48 hours. In case of insufficient effects, repeat the treatment. Before performing the procedure, it is essential to conduct a medical history, exclude contraindications and obtain informed consent for the procedure and inform the patient about the possible results and possible side effects. Incorrect or non-compliant use of the product may lead to complications and side effects.

SIDE EFFECT:

The application of DeHyal+ may cause redness, swelling, pain or slight bruising at the treatment site. Usually these changes are mild and go away after a few days. In extremely rare cases, the use of the product may lead to a severe allergic reaction. In order to exclude it, it is recommended to perform an allergy test.

POST-TREATMENT RECOMMENDATIONS:

In order to obtain optimal effects of the treatment and safe recovery, you should:

– Do not wear make-up for 12 hours

– avoid solarium and excessive exposure to the sun for 1 week after the treatment

– do not expose the treatment area to extreme low and high temperatures
